• Advance payments are accepted until 2 days before the event.
• Event payments must be paid in advance through PayPal or bring check to registration desk at the event. When using PayPal, you can pay with a credit card or your PayPal account.
• Walk-in registration is at 7:00 am at the door.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation must be 48 hours prior to the event. Reservations represent a financial commitment unless cancellation is received prior to deadline.
